🚚 How long before I receive my order?

🕑 Delivery times for your order vary depending on the shipping method and your location. Once your order is marked as dispatched, please allow the following timeframes:

📬 Special Delivery: Typically delivered within 1-2 business days

📬 European and Worldwide customers: Generally arrives within 5 business days

Occasionally, orders are cancelled when there is an incorrect amount of payment sent.

📌 When and how can I request tracking?

Tracking gets uploaded after 5hrs since dispatch (usually around 9pm on the same day) ⏰
On Fridays we make an exception and offer tracking at 6pm for the weekend 📅

Reship Policy

We judge each dispute on a case by case basis and there is no reason why your letter has not arrived unless it has been lost or stolen.

We do offer 50% refunds or reships to every customer that buys from us. However, If you are willing to be polite and courteous we will always try our best to make sure you walk away happy with your purchase.
