Typical effects can include:
Visual distortions and intensified colors
Altered perception of time and space
Euphoria and heightened sensory experiences
Changes in mood and thought patterns
Effects can also become unpleasant, including anxiety, panic, confusion, nausea, increased heart rate, or overwhelming hallucinations. Pills sold as 2C-B may contain a different substance or an unknown dose, so the name alone doesn’t establish what’s actually in them.

NN-DMT usually refers to N,N-dimethyltryptamine (DMT), a powerful psychedelic compound.
Effects: intense visual/auditory changes, altered perception of time and self, and sometimes vivid dream-like or mystical experiences.

CANNABIS
DISPOSABLE VAPE
A live resin disposable vape is a pre-filled, single-use cannabis vape containing live resin, a cannabis extract made from freshly harvested plants that are frozen rather than dried and cured first.
What to know:
Usually contains THC, often at a high concentration.
The “live resin” process aims to preserve more of the plant’s terpenes and flavor.
Effects can include euphoria, relaxation, altered perception, increased appetite, and impaired coordination.
Possible adverse effects include anxiety/paranoia, dizziness, rapid heart rate, nausea, and impaired judgment.
Because vapes can be highly concentrated, it can be easy to consume more THC than intended.
Products from unregulated sources may have inaccurate potency or contaminants.
THC GUMMIES
Compared with smoking or vaping cannabis, edibles are different because:
Onset: often 30 minutes–2 hours, sometimes longer.
Duration: commonly 4–8+ hours.
The effects can feel stronger and last much longer because the liver converts THC into 11-hydroxy-THC, an active metabolite.
Effects can include euphoria, relaxation, altered perception, increased appetite, and drowsiness.
HASH
Hash (hashish) is a cannabis product made by concentrating the plant’s resin/trichomes, so it generally contains more THC than ordinary cannabis flower.
Typical effects:
Relaxation and euphoria
Altered perception and time sense
Increased appetite
Sleepiness
Impaired coordination and judgment
Possible risks:
Anxiety, paranoia, or panic
Rapid heartbeat, dizziness, or nausea
Strong impairment, particularly with high-THC products
Dependence with frequent use
Products from unregulated sources may contain contaminants or unexpectedly high THC levels
ECSTASY
DUTCH XTC PILLS
XTC pills usually refers to ecstasy tablets containing MDMA, though the actual contents can vary considerably. A pill sold as “XTC” isn’t necessarily pure MDMA.
Typical MDMA effects:
Euphoria and increased sociability/empathy
Increased energy and sensory stimulation
Jaw clenching, sweating, dilated pupils, and increased heart rate
Effects often last several hours, with after-effects potentially lasting longer
