You MUST record opening packs if you have an issue with an order to dispute the missing items, if you do not record opening the packs, WE CAN NOT help you!
Videos must contain you opening the package, contents clearly on display and showing the empty package.

Once youve paid for your order before the cut-off time 2pm your package will go out same day.

If you have provided us with an incorrect address we will not re-ship your order so please double check before sending it over!
This includes giving us an address with any of the following: wrong or missing house number, wrong street or wrong postcode

Tracking will be uploaded when ready.
