We Aim for Next day delivery on all orders however Royal Mail sometimes have delays . We are not responsible for delays as we ship all orders on time .
RESHIP If order is not scanned in to the royal mail system we will only reship 5 working days from dispatch; this rule is now strictly enforced. If your order is scanned into the royal mail system and it does not arrive after 10 working days we can offer a 50% reship at our discretion .

MISSING ITEMS: Due to scammers we will only take this into account on a case by case basis and this will depend on your order history with us . please contact us to resolve.

REFUNDS: If you have an issue with your product everything we sell is the correct substance so we do not offer refunds solely based on you not liking the product.
